GTA Online does not work with Lester and Merryweather because they are characters and services that are specific to the single-player story mode of Grand Theft Auto V. The game developers have designed GTA Online to be a separate multiplayer experience with its own set of characters, missions, and activities. While some characters from the single-player mode may make cameo appearances in GTA Online, the interactions and services they provide are not available in the multiplayer mode to maintain the balance and integrity of the online gameplay. **

Leicester is called "Lester" because it is the anglicized version of the city's name. The name "Leicester" has its origins in Old English and has evolved over time to its current pronunciation. The change in pronunciation is a result of linguistic shifts and changes in the English language over the centuries. **

The pronunciation of Leicester as "Lester" is due to the evolution of the English language over time. The spelling of Leicester has retained its historical roots, but the pronunciation has changed to reflect the way the word was spoken in Old English. This phenomenon, known as orthographic inertia, is common in English place names where the spelling remains unchanged even as the pronunciation shifts. **

Lester doesn't call about the robbery because he is likely feeling overwhelmed and scared. He may be worried about potential consequences or retaliation if he were to report the crime. Additionally, Lester may not trust the authorities to handle the situation effectively or fear being implicated in some way. Overall, fear, distrust, and uncertainty are likely reasons why Lester chooses not to call about the robbery. **

No, Brad is not Lester in GTA 5. Brad is a character who is killed during a heist gone wrong, while Lester is a separate character who serves as a mentor and planner for the main characters in the game. They are two distinct characters with different roles in the storyline. **

In GTA Online on the PS4, Lester does not answer the phone because he is not a contact that players can call directly for missions or assistance. Instead, players must interact with Lester in person at specific locations to initiate missions or activities related to his character. This design choice adds an element of immersion and realism to the game by requiring players to physically seek out Lester for his services. **

To remove the wanted level in GTA Online with Lester, you can call him on your in-game phone and select the option to "Remove Wanted Level." Lester will then help you by clearing your wanted level for a fee. This can be useful when you want to avoid the police or continue your activities without interference. Just keep in mind that you will need to have enough money to pay Lester for his services. **

To mute Lester and Pavel's chatter during missions in GTA Online, you can go to the game's settings menu and look for the audio options. From there, you can adjust the dialogue volume or turn off the dialogue completely. This will allow you to focus on the mission without being distracted by their chatter. Additionally, you can also skip cutscenes to avoid hearing their dialogue altogether. **
